Most households pick weekly, biweekly or monthly visits. Busy homes with kids or pets usually do best with weekly or biweekly cleaning, while smaller or quieter homes often find monthly is enough. Tell us how your home is used and we will help you choose.
Will I get the same cleaner every time?
Whenever possible, yes. We match you with the same cleaner on request, so the person in your home already knows your layout and how you like things done.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. There are no long contracts. If you need to cancel a visit, contact our office with more than 48 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes. Your cleaner arrives with a vacuum, mop, dusters and cleaning products. If you would rather we use your own products or equipment, just let us know.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
That is up to you. Many clients let the cleaner in and head out, since cleaners work most efficiently in an empty home. If you can, be home at the end for a quick final walkthrough so we can fix anything on the spot.
Is laundry or doing dishes included?
No. Dishes, laundry and organizing are not part of a regular clean. Our cleaners focus on the cleaning checklist so every visit is consistent.
