Move in and move out cleaning questions
What is included in a move in or move out clean?
Everything in our deep clean, plus the areas that only come up when a home is empty: inside kitchen and bathroom cabinets, doors throughout the home, and a full pass over accessible baseboards, door frames, light fixtures and blinds. The full checklist is listed above.
Should the home be empty when you clean?
It is best. Cleaners work most efficiently when the home is empty of people, pets and furniture, and it lets them reach inside every cabinet and closet.
Do you clean inside the oven and fridge?
Inside the oven and inside the fridge are available as add-ons. Behind appliances, inside windows and wall spot cleaning can be added too.
Do you clean windows?
We clean interior windows only, including tracks and panes, as an add-on. We do not clean exterior windows.
Can you clean my carpets as well?
Yes. Carpet cleaning can be added for $55 per room, up to 300 sq ft per room. See our carpet cleaning page for how it works.
What do you need from me on cleaning day?
Access to the home and parking for your cleaner. If there is no private spot, please let us know about nearby public parking. Parking fees are added to the cost of the clean.
