What is the difference between a deep clean and a regular clean?
A regular clean maintains the rooms you use most and removes light to moderate buildup. A deep clean goes further, tackling moderate to heavy buildup and the detail areas that routine cleaning skips, like accessible baseboards, door frames, light fixtures, blinds, cabinet fronts and the inside of the microwave.
How often should I get a deep clean?
Many homeowners book one when it has been a while since the last thorough clean, before or after hosting, or as a seasonal reset. It is also the best way to start before moving to a regular cleaning schedule.
Does a deep clean include inside the oven and fridge?
Not by default. Inside the oven and inside the fridge are add-ons, along with inside cabinets, behind appliances, inside windows and wall spot cleaning. Just add them when you request your quote.
Do you move furniture to clean under it?
We clean under furniture our vacuum and mop can reach, and under light furniture. For safety and to avoid scratching floors, we do not move heavy items like beds, couches, dressers or bookshelves. If you move them beforehand, we are happy to clean underneath.
Do you clean high areas?
Our cleaners do not bring ladders. If you have a 2 step ladder available, they can use it to reach higher spots. For staff safety we only use 2 step ladders.
Do you clean basements?
Yes, finished basements are included in our scope of work. Unfinished basements are not.
